Exercise program includes: dynamic warm-up, stretching, abdominal routines, and cardiovascular & weight training circuit training.  Learn how to burn more calories during exercise sessions!

Nutritional information includes: Healthy eating packet, food list, eating tips, exercise/eating log, and meal examples.

 
             12 Week Program
                 Wednesdays      6:00 – 7:00 pm                     Begins January 2

                               Thursdays      10:30 - 11:30 am                     Begins January 3

 

                                        There will be a bonus session at the end of the 12 weeks  

 

Fee: 1 day each week:  MRSC Active Member     $345*                

            Non-members         $395*

Add 6% CT tax on fitness.
