The Mad RacketText Box: Summer is approaching fast!
It is time to start planning those “lazy days of summer.“  We are looking forward to our most exciting summer ever. The season starts Saturday May 26th, Memorial Day Weekend.  Over the past year we have made several improvements to the club including staffing, program offerings,  and renovations of the facilities.
Our new staff members include Sharon Casey, Aquatic Director, and Rick Fay, who was with us last summer as Director of Tennis Operations.   Their combination of experience makes for the best run tennis and swim programs in the shoreline area.
If you have not been into the club lately we have just completed a renovation of our fitness center. We have added more cardio equipment and 3 new high definition TVs as well as a  fresh coat of paint. The tennis courts have been recently resurfaced with the new US Open color blue.  This allows the

Our new tennis programs include more social events both for the whole family and adults, mixed doubles play on  Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and men’s and women’s USTA teams and practices.

Text Box: On the pool side the programming  includes social events for the kids and adults and swim lessons and swim team starting in June.  Our swim and tennis lessons have been integrated into a new all-morning program for children ages 4 –9.

Text Box: The ATP or the WTA professional tennis tour is not on every parent’s or child’s minds when they think of developing their tennis games,  but it’s nice to have a club that can train the more serious tournament level players. The ATP Program (Advanced Tournament Player Program) is
